Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a hassle free return policy. If customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase from us he can return or replace the product within 10 days from the date of delivery

All regularly stoked items, with the exception of chemical, disposables and consumable product can be returned absolutely free within 10 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging

If  you paid

  • By Credit/Bebit card, we will process the refund by crediting within 7-14 working days, to the same credit/debit card used during the order process
  • Cash obb delivery, out customer service will do a bank  wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days.
  • Bank wire our customer service will do a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days

Return and Refund Policy

At FourOSix, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below

  • Return Period: Returns and refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Condition of items: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories. The items must be unused, uninstalled, and not connected to any electrical or water supply. Items must be inn the same condition as delivered.
  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection before approval. If the items does not meet these conditions, the return may be subject to a fee of up to 20% of the items original value in addition to shopping charges.
  • Damaged or Defective items: Return requests for damaged  or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, these cases will be handled as warranty claims.
  • Right to Rejects: FourOSix reserves the right  to reject any return that does not comply with our policy
